Kalshi has temporarily halted trading on Wednesday afternoon, according to its website.
Traders will be notified when trading resumes, the website said.
Kalshi was not immediately available for comment.
Update at 12:52 p.m.
The website now says, “Orders can now be modified or cancelled. The Kalshi Exchange is set to resume trading at 3:55 PM ET.”
