Israel orders full West Bank lockdown after deadly shooting attack

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the Israel Defense Forces to impose a closure of the city of Hebron and also told them to prepare for a "full lockdown" of the occupied West Bank. NBC News' Claudio Lavanga reports the latest on the situation.
