Southbound Interstate 5 was reduced to one lane north of Jayne Avenue on Thursday because of a traffic collision involving a semi-truck, according to Caltrans Central Valley District 6.
Officials said all lanes were projected to reopen within five to six hours.
Motorists were advised to expect delays and plan accordingly.
