Visalia Police Arrest Parolee After Vandalism Call, Fresh Graffiti Found
Officers with the Visalia Police Department arrested a suspect on Wednesday night after responding to a vandalism call involving fresh gang graffiti near Houston Avenue and Santa Fe Street, according to police.
Just after 10 p.m., officers arrived in the area and found graffiti painted on multiple properties. Police said a paint can was located nearby, along with a suspect in the vicinity.
Officers noted that paint was still on the suspect’s hands at the time of contact, according to the department.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and a parole violation. Police said the individual was already on parole for robbery at the time of the incident.
No additional details about the suspect were released.
