Robert Kraft Defends Dropping Macklemore From Ed Sheeran Tour
In a statement on Instagram, Grammy-winning musician Macklemore says he was forced out of Ed Sheeran’s “Loop Tour,” after Patriots owner Robert Kraft organized a boycott among stadium owners to get him removed over his on-stage pro-Palestine remarks. Kraft says he made that demand in part, “based on Macklemore’s recent actions…and a broader history of antisemitic rhetoric.” NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
