Fresno Police Arrest Man on Multiple Felony Sex Crime Charges Involving Minor

A 29-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in Fresno on multiple felony sex crime charges involving a minor, according to police arrest records.
Nellinger Lopez Martinez was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Tuesday and booked into the Fresno County Jail at 7:47 a.m., jail records show.
According to police, the charges included oral copulation with a minor, contact with a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense, sexual penetration by force or fear, and possession of obscene material involving a minor for sexual purposes.
Due to the nature of the case, the Fresno Police Department said it wouldn’t provide additional information at this time.
Fresno County Jail records show Martinez is being held on $60,000 bail.
