Fresno Police Arrest Driver on Probation for DUI After Traffic Stop
A man was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop, police said.
According to the Fresno Police Department, an officer stopped a vehicle around 5:22 p.m. for expired registration. During the stop, the driver was found to have a suspended license and was on court probation related to a prior DUI arrest.
Police determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol, with a reported blood alcohol concentration of 0.13% to 0.14%. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
The driver, identified as Magee Brown, 29, was booked into the Fresno County Jail. His vehicle was impounded, police said.
