EDC Las Vegas Expands to Two Consecutive Weekends for 2027

Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas will expand to two consecutive weekends in 2027 as organizers introduce a new “Dusk Till Dawn” concept for the long-running electronic dance music festival.

Insomniac announced Wednesday that EDC Las Vegas 2027 will take place across 12 days at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, beginning with “EDC Dusk” from May 14-16 and followed by “EDC Dawn” from May 21-23.

The broader “Dusk Till Dawn” experience will run from May 13-24 with additional EDC-themed events throughout Las Vegas.

Festivalgoers will be able to purchase passes for either weekend individually or for both weekends combined.

“I’m really excited to introduce ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ as the next evolution of EDC and offer new ways for Headliners to experience the music, art, connection and community that make this festival so special,” Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella said in a statement. “We wanted to reimagine EDC as a new type of immersive journey across 12 days and two consecutive weekend celebrations in one city we love.”

Sold-Out 2026 EDC

The announcement comes after last weekend’s sold-out 2026 edition celebrating 30 years of EDC Las Vegas. Organizers said the festival drew hundreds of thousands of attendees and featured more than 450 artists across 18 music areas and art cars.

Performers included Kaskade, Martin Garrix, John Summit, Tiësto, Charlotte de Witte, FISHER, Peggy Gou, Underworld, The Prodigy and Subtronics.

Additional 2026 events included the debut of the free World Party Parade on the Las Vegas Strip, expanded art car programming and citywide events tied to EDC Week, Hotel EDC and Camp EDC. The EDC Las Vegas auction also raised funds for Nevada 4-H Camp Alamo and Casa de Luz, two charities supporting local youth.

Organizers said the 2027 festival is being designed with lower capacity to provide more space for attendees and make travel and accommodations easier.

Tickets go on sale at noon Pacific time Friday. For single-weekend admission, general admission passes start at $399.99, GA+ passes begin at $499.99, and VIP passes start at $899.99. Two-weekend “Dusk Till Dawn” passes start at $599.99 for general admission, $899.99 for GA+ passes, and $1,699.99 for VIP access.

Layaway plans for all pass types will be available starting with a $5 deposit.

Additional details on the 2027 lineup, themes, stage programming and related Las Vegas events will be announced later.
